Valley Fair Amusement Park
In the Austin Blues BBQ Shop: ribs (prepared in kitchen where gluten items are prepared). In Stadium Pizza & Grill: Atomic Pizza. In Valley Fair Pizza and the Lunch Basket you can order a salad. The hotdogs are John Morrell and the Chips (Cheese is also gluten free). There are items in cotton candy stands, dippin dot carts (dot-ice cream) and fruit smoothies. You can also bring your own food into Valley Fair.

EVENTS

Metrodome: Hello, my name is Pat Jackson and I am the concession department manager here at MOA  at the Metrodome. I am always a bit cautious when I am contacted regarding Gluten allergies or any food allergies because some peoples food allergies are more sensitive than others. With that said, I can brief you on some of the items here.

Our hot dogs and our Quarter back dogs are made by Sheboygan. I have been assured that they are gluten free.  We have 17 locations (Field Fare stands) in the building where you can purchase them.  Please let the staffknow that you have an allergy and ask them hold the bun.  You can also find them at the Top Dog portable stands located at section 120 and 221.

In our grill stands located at section 122 and 222 we have a grilled chicken sandwich.  Once again please feel free to ask them to hold the bun.  We do offer tomatoes and lettuce with those sandwiches.

• We are very well know for our Minnesota Carvery.  We have two locations, one is at section 131 the other is at 219.  We offer hand carved turkey and roast beef sandwiches.  We also offer a Caesar salad you can ask for it without the dressing.
